Hidesign offers free Fedex Two Day shipping on all orders within the continental United States. There is a flat rate charge for international shipping.
Free Returns for Orders Within the USA
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise free for the first 30 days, for a prompt refund. Hidesign will pay the return shipping costs if the item is returned from within the USA. All items must be in the condition you received them, with all hang tags attached and in the original box. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds for orders outside of the USA at this time.
Hidesign products are made to ensure customer satisfaction and to last for the natural life of the product. The Hidesign warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase for all bags and a period of 6 months from the date of purchase for all small leather goods. In the unlikely event of such a defect occurring during the warranty period, please first send us an e-mail at email@example.com for instructions on where to return the product. The warranty only covers products sold within the United States by Hidesign America, Inc. either directly to a customer or indirectly through a reseller. In most cases, you will be required to show a proof of purchase and to return the product at your expense to an address within the United States.
The Hidesign warranty covers only manufacturing and material defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, exposure to water and solvents, wear and tear, or purely cosmetic damages (such as scratched leather).
